Wetland and it’s importance …???

 According to Ramsar  convention . “Wetlands are water locked areas with seasonal on permanent presence of water, static or floating fresh water or brackish or saline water, natural or manmade  inlands or coastal and those coastal wetlands where depth of water should not exceed 6 metes of low tide” It contains hydric soil resulting into anaerobic conditions. Carbon Border tax

 first of its kind carbon border tax ( in European Union has specific plan to introduce in 2026 for compani es outside the European Union with industrial materials ie Steel ,Cement ,fertiliser & Aluminium for carbon intensive  goods . European union wants these companies to adopt carbon friendly industrial system for which they provide certificate s on that they have to pay money from outsider companies if they ar exporting to it. And in return they will give certificates to respective companies if they are not following the norms .  Standard applicable for developed countries should not apply to developing countries. Since they have used word adjustment of money on carbon import to European. There is huge place of negotiations with countries like India.
