Day 1
Every day of life is great day and should be spent honestly for your self for improvement in your life .A day is great when it is spent honestly with hardwork and focused to the target 🎯
The Day brings smiles on our faces and said to your self you did the great job and keep on improving your personal skills and be motivated and focused.
I wake up late today at 8.30 O clock .First did the daily routine and run for breakfast because I was late .Breakfast starts 8 0 clock ⏰ in morning.
I did the breakfast and started watching some vlogs on YouTube .I am thinking to leave this habit of watching daily Vlog and focus one work at a time. I have gone many studies which shows a person performance is more if he is doing a work at time .Not many percentage of people are multitasking.Study says max 2 to 3 % of human being are efficient multitasker .So I didn’t want my self to be in that group and My performance is more while I am doing a focused work at a time .
Inspite of open book & watching TV ,Every one should do one at a time ,Either reading or Netflixing on the weekend.I am leaving this habit of mine today .Only One work at time .
I have waisted a lot of time so I am gonna improve following things on basis of my experience .You think you have same type of issues you can also improve …
1.Be punctual to your time table and try to be consistent in personal and professional life ,Your Daily Routine.
2. Try to complete your daily targets before going to the bed.
3.Leaving the social media platforms which is not relevant to your studies or work.
4. Not waisting time on YouTube except it is essential to know something.
5.Back to Basic life which I used to be with my self.
At 3 0 clock in daytime I am writing it because my Performance of today means till now is not good so let’s make a change together . Whenever you are reading it ,after that moment start to follow back to basics .

🎯 Follow our traditional ways of Indian culture and routine
i.e Wake up early in morning, go early to sleep.
🎯Be the Morning person,Do yoga & meditation at least 30 min.
🎯 Do away from noise ,spent some time with your self ,close to nature ,Mother Earth.
🎯Do study/ work long hours but in b/w take breaks and drinking waters is compulsory .Water makes you efficient and active.
🎯 All natural ways of Rishi culture come under the back to basic concept .
